General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Association that decides the programme of work and the budget for each year as well as the membership subscription fees. It also appoints the independent Auditors and approves the accounts of the past year. The General Assembly meets once a year. At the General Assembly the Executive Heads of FAO, IFAD and WFP or their representatives address the meeting and a representative of the Social Security Units of FAO, IFAD and WFP informs members about developments and experiences with the Medical Coverage Plans.
